Synchronously reads the entire contents of a file.
Parameters
- this: V_Context
- path: PathOrFileDescriptor
- Optionaloptions: null | { flag?: string }
Returns NonSharedBuffer
file contents

Option
encoding The string encoding for the file contents. Defaults to null.

Option
flag Defaults to 'r'.
